Thank you for your interest in the Grand Master Chung Tae Kwon Do. We are certain that your martial arts journey with us will be one of the most powerful experiences in your life.

Our school was established in 1984 by Grandmaster Chung and his brother John Chung, World Forms and Sparring Champion. 8th Dan Grand Master Chung has personally trained World Champion John Chung and World Champion Helen Chung as a big brother, mentor and coach. He is also the direct descendent of 10th Dan Supreme Grand Master Jhoon Rhee. Grand Master Jhoon Rhee is world renown as the father of United States Tae Kwon Do, who has taught Bruce Lee and Muhammad Ali. Master Chung personallly conducts daily classes with other professional instructors who are also personally molded by him. The Grand Master Chung Tae Kwon Do offers not only excellent self defense training but a method of discipline, character development and personal development that can spill over into other areas of your life.

We believe strongly in the value of Tae Kwon Do instruction for all age levels, especially for the young. GrandMaster Chung Tae Kwon Do emphasizes the disciplines of attention and respect; concentration and timing; strength and flexibility; goal setting, achievement and accomplishment, sportsmanship, confidence, character, and, of course, FUN ! We offer the following programs:

Our Philosophy

Study of the Grand Master Chung Tae Kwon Do brings together the energy of the mind and the body. Our program is especially beneficial to children and is designed to enable a child to focus and concentrate on achieving worthwhile goals and to meet life’s challenges with total confidence.

Our objective is to provide a fun-filled and positive learning environment for all our young students that will enhance the development of basic good habits such as paying attention, following directions, cooperating with others, respect for self and others, self-control, and self-discipline.
